Returns will be accepted within 30 days from purchase in the original unopened box only, back shipment is covered by the customer. To return a product, contact support@evpowerhq.com. EV Power Hq does not accept returns of units that have been opened, installed, or used. Please, note that shipping cost are not refundable.
