As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Fulfillment begins immediately.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST: Processing initiated same business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST: Processing initiated next business day
Business days = Monday-Friday (excluding US federal holidays)
Delivery Timeline:
Processing Time: 1-2 business days after initiation.
Transit times: 5-7 business days.
Total estimated delivery time : 6-9 business days.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 1 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@evpowerhq.com.
No Shipping outside the USA.

We use both FedEx Ground and UPS Ground services for standard shipments.
